Yes. We have completed all sized exhibit booths from 9 sqm (3m x 3m) up to 80+ sqm in square, rectangular, or awkward shaped booths.
If you already have a photo design inspiration of your booth, our design team can create the technical design specifications so we can send it to our booth fabrication team to provide you an accurate quote.
If you don't have a design inspiration yet, our design team can help you conceptualize a design based on your booth vision and requirements. From there, our booth fabrication team will provide you an accurate quote.
Our cost per sqm will depend on the overall design of your booth. The simpler the design, the lower the cost. More complex designs may require more expensive materials that may increase the cost of the booth.
For us to provide an accurate reasonable quote, it would be better for us to know exactly what your design looks like.

The only thing you need to do is to show up to your fully operational booth during the event start date.
We will be handling all communication with the event organizer to ensure your booth is properly installed on time, complies with the event booth design rules, and follows all safety regulations in terms of electrical, structure, and flow.
You have the option to rent or purchase your booth.
Renting your booth means the materials of the booth will be given back to us and cannot be re-used for a future event. Majority of exhibitors prefer this option as their booth size changes depending on the event.
Purchasing your booth means you will own the materials of the booth after the event and it will be delivered to your warehouse. This option costs slightly more.
70% downpayment to start booth build fabrication and 30% to be paid on the day before the show starts once the booth is fully installed and operational.
Design conceptualization, 3D modeling, and providing a cost estimate/quote is free of charge.
Depending on the size and design of your booth, we normally start booth fabrication 1-2 months in advance before the show date.
This ensures we are able to build up the structure in our production facility first so that come ingress day, we will just plug & play the booth for a smooth installation.
Most event organizers allot 2-3 days of ingress to setup the booth. We immediately start mobilizing on the first day.
We have always finished booth installation on time before the show day starts.
Yes. If you decided to purchase your booth fabrication, we will safely deliver your booth materials to your preferred location so you can re-use them at a future event.
